#1

I am using Linux Mint and downloaded all necessary files for redbear Duo but cannot compile anything with a strange error.

fork/exec /home/(username)/.arduino15/packages/RedBear/tools/arm-none-eabi-gcc-redbear/4.9-2015-q3/bin/arm-none-eabi-g++: no such file or directory
Error compiling for board RedBear Duo (Native USB Port).

the file, arm-none-eabi-g++, is exist in the right folder but cannot understand why my Arduino cannot read/access it. Have any hint to figure it out??

hi jesse4766,
I think you should confirm that path is right and the authority of it is executable

I think there might be a path error. can you please reconfirm it

I can confirm this for ubuntu 18. Is not a path problem, but a bit more complex.
It is related the redbear toolchain is 32 bits compiled, and this can create problems for 64 bits only systems.
