Using pHAT as generic MCU

#1

I just wondered whether it’s possible to use the IoT pHat for generic MCU programming on the Raspberry Pi 3?

I read that the AP6212A package is actually a module that contains a STM32F205 MCU, in addition to the Broadcom radio chip.

If so, is there any guidance on reprogramming the STM32F205, so the Wifi and Bluetooth are switched of, and pins being used as outputs to drive other things?

Hi,
The AP6212A is a connectivity module which does not have any programable MCU inside.
If you need to do MCU programming with AP6212A, you can use RedBear Duo for your projects, it does have a STM32F205 MCU on the board.
